This notice covers only the fernislabs.com website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which you can find on that app’s page.
- This site has no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Everything, including the fonts, loads from our own domain; the pages make no requests to third-party servers.
- The little fern game on the home page runs only in your browser; it stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere.
- If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When you open a page, your browser sends your IP address, the requested address, the time and your browser details (user agent) to GitHub. GitHub processes this information to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse and attacks, and may log it for security purposes (GitHub Privacy Statement). We have no access to these logs, and they are not used to identify you or build a profile. GitHub processes data outside Türkiye, for example in the United States; this transfer relies on the standard contracts under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where the GDPR applies, on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site securely (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Contacting us by email
When you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer your request and keep them for up to 1 year. Our messages are stored on the servers of the email provider that works on our behalf.
Your rights
To use your rights under KVKK Article 11 or the GDPR (access, correction, deletion, objection and others), email destek@fernislabs.com. We will answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of the page.
